摘要
目的:观察沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片治疗扩张型心肌病的疗效。方法:52例扩张型心肌病患者随机分为观察组(25例)和对照组(27例),所有患者均给予抗心衰常规药物治疗。在此基础上,对照组加用培哚普利叔丁胺片,观察组加用沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片。治疗6个月后,比较两组患者血浆脑钠肽(BNP)、血清超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平,左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、舒张早期/晚期血流峰值速度比值(E/A)等心功能指标,以及室性早搏次数和6 min步行试验结果等变化。结果:治疗后,两组患者的BNP、hs-CRP水平、LVEDD、LVESD和室性早搏次数均较治疗前明显降低,而LVEF、E/A比值和6min步行试验距离则明显高于治疗前(P<0.05);且治疗后观察组患者的各项指标均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片治疗扩张型心肌病疗效确切,能显著降低患者的BNP水平和室性早搏数量,有效改善心功能状况。
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets on patients with dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM). Methods:Fifty two patients with DCM were divided into two groups: the observation group(25 cases) and the control group(27 cases). All patients were given routine anti heart failure drugs for basic treatment, the control group was treated with prindopril tert-butylamine tablets,the observation group was treated with sacubitril Valsartan sodium tablets. After 6 months’ treatment, the plasma level of BNP, serum level of hs-CRP, indexes about cardiac function such as left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF), left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD), left ventricular end-systolic inner diameter(LVESD), PVE/PVA(E/A), and the number of ventricular premature beats and 6-min walking test results were compared between this two groups.Results: After the treatment, the levels of BNP, hs-CRP, LVEDD, and the number of ventricular premature beats in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05), while the levels of LVEF, E/A and the 6-min walking test were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05);All the indexes of observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of sacubitril valsartan sodium tablet in the treatment of patients with DCM was definite, it could significantly reduce the BNP level and the number of ventricular premature beats in patients with DCM, and improve their cardiac function effectively.
