摘要
目的探讨中医护理路径对肝硬化患者临床治疗价值。方法选取因肝硬化入院接受治疗患者病例64例,利用完全随机法将上述病例随机分为常规组和干预组,各32例。其中常规组遵医嘱给予常规护理,而干预组则在常规组护理基础上给予中医护理路径。比较2组治疗后在临床体征、情志改变、治疗总有效率及护理满意度等方面差异。结果干预组在临床体征改善、负性情志调节、治疗总有效率及护理满意度等方面均优于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肝硬化患者治疗中引入中医护理方案,能够有效改善临床体征,正向调节心理情绪,提高总体有效治疗率,增加患者护理体验,具有一定临床推广价值。
Objective To explore the value of traditional Chinese medicine nursing pathway in the treatment of liver cirrhosis.Methods A total of 64 patients with cirrhosis were randomly divided into routine group (32 cases) and intervention group (32 cases).The routine group was given routine nursing according to the doctor’s advice,while the intervention group was given traditional Chinese medicine nursing path based on the routine group.The differences in clinical signs,emotional changes,total effective rate and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results The intervention group was superior to the conventional group in clinical signs improvement,negative emotion adjustment,total effective rate of treatment and nursing satisfaction.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The introduction of TCM nursing program in the treatment of liver cirrhosis patients can effectively improve the clinical signs,positively regulate the psychological mood,improve the overall effective treatment rate,and increase the nursing experience of patients,which has a certain clinical promotion value.
