摘要
目的探析个性化中医营养护理干预在乙型肝炎肝硬化腹水患者中的实施价值。方法抽取2020年1月至2022年12月江门市五邑中医院收治的100例乙型肝炎肝硬化腹水患者,采用随机信封法将纳入对象分入对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组联合使用个性化中医营养护理干预,比较2组的干预效果。结果出院时和出院1个月后,观察组出现恶心和(或)呕吐、食欲不振、腹胀乏力以及下肢浮肿的比例均较同期对照组更低(P均<0.05),血清白蛋白、血清前白蛋白和血红蛋白水平均较同期对照组更高(P均<0.05),腹围和腹水深度均较同期对照组更小(P均<0.05),丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶和总胆红素水平均较同期对照组更低(P均<0.05);2组的营养状况、腹水消退情况和肝功能指标均较干预前有所改善(P均<0.05)。结论个性化中医营养护理干预对乙型肝炎肝硬化腹水患者的营养状况改善、临床症状和腹水消退以及肝功能提升均可产生积极影响。
Objective To explore the implementation value of personalized traditional Chinese medicine nutrition nursing intervention in patients with hepatitis B cirrhotic ascites.Methods A total of 100 patients with hepatitis B cirrhotic ascites admitted to Wuyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Jiangmen from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected.The subjects were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using the random envelope method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received personalized traditional Chinese medicine nutrition nursing intervention in combination.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results At discharge and one month after discharge,the proportion of nausea and/or vomiting,loss of appetite,abdominal distension,weakness,and lower limb edema in the observation group was lower than that in the control group during the same period(all P<0.05),and the levels of serum albumin,serum prealbumin,and hemoglobin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group during the same period(all P<0.05).The abdominal circumference and depth of ascites in the observation group were smaller than those in the control group during the same period(all P<0.05),and the levels of alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase and total bilirubin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group during the same period(all P<0.05).The nutritional status,ascites regression,and liver function indicators of both groups improved compared with before intervention(all P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized traditional Chinese medicine nutrition nursing intervention can have a positive effect on the improvement of nutritional status,clinical symptoms,ascites regression of patients with hepatitis B cirrhotic ascites,as well as the improvement of liver function.
