摘要
目的探讨如何在手术室内为因外科诊治或抢救无效而死亡的患者及家属提供优质的人文关怀及切实有效的护理,细化手术室护理工作流程。方法回顾我院自2010年2月—2019年2月手术室内共19例患者死亡的病例并进行分析,通过不断的改进护理方式讨论出适合手术室死亡患者的护理措施以及护理流程。结果通过对死亡患者及家属的护理,我院手术室死亡患者家属无1例投诉,丧亲者对手术室护理人员提供的护理基本满意。结论手术室护士应该培养面对死亡的正确认识及心理素质,给予手术室死亡患者及家属整体而完善的护理以避免医疗纠纷,提高护理质量,细化手术室优质护理服务的内容,加强手术室护理工作的人文关怀促进护理事业的进一步发展。
Objective To explore how to provide high-quality humanistic care and effective nursing for patients and their families who died due to ineffective surgical treatment or rescue in the operating room,and refine the operating room nursing workflow.Methods A total of 19 patients died in the operating room from February 2010 to February 2019 in our hospital were reviewed and analyzed.Through continuous improvement of nursing methods,the nursing measures and nursing process suitable for the death patients in the operating room were discussed.Results Through the nursing of the dead patients and their families,there was no complaint from the family members of the dead patients in the operating room of our hospital,and the bereaved were basically satisfied with the nursing provided by the nursing staff in the operating room.Conclusion Nurses in operation room should develop a correct understanding of the psychological quality and in the face of death,give overall and perfect nursing care to the dead patients and their families in the operating room to avoid medical disputes,improve the quality of nursing,refine the content of high-quality nursing service in the operating room,strengthen the humanistic care of nursing work in the operating room,and promote the further development of nursing.
