摘要
目的探讨叙事护理模式在急诊科护士焦虑、抑郁、职业倦怠干预中的应用效果。方法以吉林省某三级甲等医院急诊科A、B疗区临床在岗护士为研究对象。采用随机抽签法将A、B疗区分为试验组和对照组,试验组护士除接受护士长常规护理管理之外还要每天接受叙事护理专家叙事护理干预,为期3个月;对照组护士只接受护士长常规护理管理模式管理,为期3个月。干预前后分别采用焦虑、抑郁量表、职业倦怠量表对2组急诊科护士进行评价并比较。结果干预后试验组较对照组,护士在焦虑、抑郁、职业倦怠方面状况明显得到不同程度的减轻,干预效果显著(P<0.05)。结论叙事护理模式可有效减轻急诊科护士焦虑、抑郁、职业倦怠状况,有助于激发其潜力,提高工作积极性,稳定护士队伍,提高临床护理质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of narrative nursing mode in anxiety, depression and job burnout of emergency nurses. Methods A total of two nurses working in A and B in three emergency departments of a grade a hospital in Jilin province were selected as the research objects. The A and B were randomly divided into treatment experimental group and control group, experimental group nurses in addition to accept the head nurse management also received daily routine nursing care specialist nursing intervention narrative narrative, for a period of 3 months; the control group only received routine nursing management mode of management, for a period of 3 months. Before and after the intervention, the anxiety and depression scale and Burnout Inventory were used to evaluate and compare the two groups of nurses in emergency department. Results After the intervention, compared with the control group, the anxiety, depression and job burnout of the experimental group were significantly reduced, the intervention effect was significant(P 0.05). Conclusion Narrative nursing model can effectively reduce the anxiety, depression and job burnout of nurses in emergency department, help to stimulate their potential, improve work enthusiasm, stabilize the team of nurses, and improve the quality of clinical nursing.
