摘要
居民洪灾风险认知是其采取避难行动的重要依据。以哈尔滨市为研究区,对1300位居民进行了问卷调查;以构建的棋盘模型为基础,厘清居民洪灾风险认知与避难行动间的关系。研究结果表明:研究区的居民对洪灾风险认知整体水平较高,且随着年龄、学历、灾害经历等的增长而增长;居民采取的避难行动受其对洪灾风险认知的影响,即依据政府发出的避难警报而采取避难行动的居民最多,依据洪灾危险性判断而采取避难行动的次之,依据降雨量判断而采取避难行动的最少。研究成果可为居民形成正确的洪灾风险认知提供参考,亦可为有关部门进行防灾减灾知识宣传教育提供依据。
Residents′awareness of flood risk is an important basis for their evacuation activities.This study focused on exploring the relationship between residents'flood risk perception and their evacuation activities.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1300 residents in Harbin City.Then,we clarified the relationship between residents'flood risk perception and evacuation activities by chessboard model.The results showed that the residents in Harbin City had a good perception to flood risk,which increased with the age,educational background,disaster experience,etc.Residents'evacuation activities were affected by their awareness of flood risk,that was,most of the residents took evacuation activities according to the government's refuge warning,less residents'evacuation activities were based on flood risk judgment and few residents'evacuation activities were based on rainfall.The research results could provide reference for residents to form correct flood risk perception,and also provide basis for relevant departments to carry out propaganda and education on disaster prevention and mitigation knowledge.
