摘要
目前,钢铁行业炼铁工序高炉重力除尘器除尘灰放灰系统多采用双重清灰球阀加螺旋加湿机组合形式,通过汽车运送至制定地点。它的工作原理为清灰球阀开启重力除尘灰在重力和炉内压力作用下降落至螺旋加湿机,通过添加适量水分防止粉尘逸出。由于加湿机和汽车之间存在高差,除尘灰在重力作用下形成蘑菇云以粉尘逸出,不仅污染环境,而且与高炉联通形成高炉顶压大小正压力,随之排除大量煤气造成潜在的煤气中毒风险。因此,整体改进输灰系统结构,使放灰系统实现粉尘零散逸,并有效抑制煤气扩散,既满足国家环保无组织扬尘治理的要求,又给员工提供了安全保障。
At present,the dedusting and discharging system of gravity precipitator for blast furnace in iron making process of iron and steel industry mostly adopts the combination form of double cleaning ball valve and spiral humidifier,which is transported to the designated place by truck.The principle is that the dust removal ball valve is opened,and the gravity dedusting dust falls to the spiral humidifier under the action of gravity and furnace pressure,and the dust can be prevented from escaping by adding appropriate amount of water.Due to the height difference between the humidifier and the automobile,the dust will form mushroom cloud under the action of gravity,and the dust will not only pollute the environment,but also connect with the blast furnace to form a positive pressure of the top pressure of the blast furnace,which will eliminate a large amount of gas and form a potential risk of gas poisoning.In this paper,through the overall improvement of the ash conveying system structure,the ash discharge system can achieve zero dust dispersion and effectively inhibit gas diffusion,which not only meets the requirements of national environmental protection and unorganized dust control,but also provides safety guarantee for employees.
