摘要
对兴澄特钢3200m^3高炉工艺设计技术创新进行了总结。采用了旋切式顶燃热风炉、环保型底滤法高炉炉渣处理、汽车铁水包运输铁水、烧结车间烧结矿粒度分级、吸引压送罐车输灰、高炉汽动鼓风机+发电、一体化车间平面布置等新技术,经过运行实践表明,所采用的技术实用、可靠,完全达到了预期效果。
The paper summarizes the technical innovations in process design of 3200m^3 BF in Xingcheng Special Steel, such as cyclone type top combustion hot stove, environment friendly slag granulation with bottom water filtration, hot metal ladle transportation by truck, grain gradation of sinter in sintering shop, pulling and pumping tanker for ash conveying, steam driven blower for BF + power generation, integration layout of production shop. The production operation proves these technologies are practical, effective and reliable.
