摘要
高温高压汽轮机蒸汽室盖螺栓工作条件苛刻。针对某现场2台高温高压汽轮机蒸汽室盖螺栓断裂的情况,从材料选型、强度校核、理化检验、安装和运行方面进行较为全面的分析,找出盖螺栓断裂的主要原因,对盖螺栓的设计加工制造及安装维护具有一定的指导作用。
High temperature and high pressure steam turbine cover bolts work in harsh conditions.In this paper,according to the situation of two high temperature and high pressure steam turbine cover bolts fracture in a site,the material selection,strength check,physical and chemical inspection,installation and operation are comprehensively analyzed,and the main causes of cover bolt fracture are found out.It has a certain guiding effect on the design,manufacture,installation and maintenance of cover bolts.
