某型汽轮发电机组前汽缸蒸汽室壁厚超差问题分析处理

摘要 文章以某型汽轮发电机组前汽缸由于铸模失误,导致钻螺纹孔时打穿汽缸为例,假设钻孔处最薄厚度为5 mm,用有限元软件ABAQUS对前汽缸进行建模,对纯压状态下和热耦合状态下的受力情况进行了分析计算,应力在许用范围内。并对汽缸在纯压状态、热耦合状态及长期运行3种工况下的密封面受力情况进行计算,结果显示均未出现穿螺栓外漏的情况。基于以上分析,采取对螺栓穿孔处打孔加螺塞(保证汽缸最小壁厚处大于5 mm),然后,采用在螺塞上钻螺纹孔的方法进行修复。 This article takes the example of a certain type of steam turbine generating unit's front cylinder which punctured the cylinder when drilling a threaded hole due to a casting error.Assuming that the thinnest thickness at the borehole is 5 mm,the front cylinder is modeled with the finite element software ABAQUS,and the stress conditions under pure pressure and thermal coupling are analyzed and calculated,and the stress is within the allowable range.The force on the sealing surface of the cylinder under pure pressure,thermal coupling and long-term operation was calculated,and the results showed that there was no leakage through the bolts.Based on the above analysis,the method of drilling holes and adding screw plugs to ensure that the minimum wall thickness of the cylinder is greater than 5 mm,and then drilling holes in the screw plugs to repair.
