摘要
目的观察中西医结合治疗对痰瘀阻络型脑梗死恢复期患者肢体功能恢复的疗效。方法将80例痰瘀阻络型脑梗死恢复期患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组40例。两组均给予西医对症治疗和康复训练,治疗组在此基础上给予路志正化浊通络畅气机方治疗。观察两组连续治疗8周后肢体功能恢复情况,Fugl-Meyer评分(FMA)、Barthel指数(BI)、Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组治疗后总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组FMA、BI、BBS评分与本组治疗前比较均有明显提高(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组FMA、BI评分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组BBS评分与对照组比较有提高的趋势,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗可以影响痰瘀阻络型脑梗死恢复期肢体功能恢复情况,有效改善临床症状。
Objective To observe the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on the recovery of limb function in the convalescent stage of cerebral infarction with phlegm and blood stasis obstructing collaterals.Methods A total of 80 patients with convalescent cerebral infarction of phlegm and blood stasis type were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,both groups were given western medicine treatment and rehabilitation training.On this basis,the treatment group was given Luzhi Huazhuo Tongluo Changqi recipe.After 8-week consecutive treatment,the patient′s limb function recovery,Fugl-Meyer assessment method(FMA),Barthel index(BI),Berg balance scale(BBS)and adverse reactions in the two groups.Results The total effective rate after treatment in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the FMA,BI,and BBS scores of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before the treatment(P<0.05);after treatment,the FMA and BI scores of the treatment group were compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the BBS score of the treatment group and the control group had a trend of improvement,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment can affect the recovery of limb function during the recovery phase of cerebral infarction of phlegm and blood stasis obstructing collaterals,and effectively improve clinical symptoms.
