我国氢冶金发展现状及未来趋势 被引量:49

摘要 高炉富氢冶炼和富氢气基竖炉是我国氢冶金发展的两大主要方向。高炉富氢冶炼以喷吹焦炉煤气最为典型,与未喷吹焦炉煤气相比,喷吹50 m^3/tHM焦炉煤气,炉料还原速度加快,焦比降低14.43%,碳排放减少8.61%。年产1万t DRI煤制气-气基竖炉直接还原中试基地正在建设,该流程吨钢总能耗为263.67 kgce,吨钢CO2排放量为829.89 kg,优于传统高炉-转炉流程。综合考虑目前制氢和储氢装备与技术尚待完善、氢气还原吸热降低炉温、氢气比重低、制氢成本高等,我国原燃料条件下更适宜发展富氢气基竖炉,大规模产业化经济制氢与储氢将推动全氢竖炉的进一步发展。 Hydrogen rich blast furnace smelting and hydrogen rich shaft furnace are the two main development directions of hydrogen metallurgy in China.Injection of coke oven gas(COG)is the most typical hydrogen rich smelting process in blast furnace.Compared with the no injection of coke oven gas,50 m^3/tHM coke oven gas injection can accelerate the reduction of burden,reduce coke ratio by 14.43%and reduce carbon emission by 8.61%.The pilot plant of DRI gasification-shaft furnace direct reduction with annual output of 10.000 tons is under construction.The total energy consumption per ton of steel is 263.67 kgce,and the CO2 emission per ton steel is 829.89 kg,which is better than the traditional blast furnace converter process.Considering that the equipment and technology of hydrogen production and storage need to be improved,the furnace temperature is reduced by hydrogen reduction and endothermic,the proportion of hydrogen is low,and the cost of hydrogen production is high,it is more suitable to develop hydrogen rich shaft furnace under the condition of raw materials and fuels in China.Large scale industrialization of economic hydrogen production and hydrogen storage will promote the further development of full hydrogen shaft furnace.
