摘要
我国钢铁生产工艺流程以焦化-烧结-高炉-转炉的长流程为主,以焦化-烧结-高炉为主的炼铁流程的能耗占总能耗的60%,生产成本占70%的吨钢成本,污染物排放占总量的90%。其中,烧结工序的污染物排放总量大,工序能耗高。按照淘汰落后产能、减少环境污染、结构性改革的要求,国内钢铁企业应借鉴欧美国家炼铁经验,调整高炉炉料结构、发展低碳炼铁技术、新工艺,实现炼铁生产工艺流程的可持续发展。
The iron and steel flow is based on the long process of coking-sintering-blast furnace-converter in China. The traditional blast furnace ironmaking process with coking-sintering-blast furnace,which accounts for 60% energy consumption,70% steel cost and 90% pollutant emissions. And the sintering is featured with large pollution emission and high energy consumption. According to the requirements of eliminating backward production capacity,reducing environmental pollution and structural reform,Chinese steel enterprises should learn from European and American ironmaking experience,adjust blast furnace burden structure,and develop low carbon ironmaking technology and new process so as to achieve sustainable development of ironmaking process.
