摘要
低压水冷器是一种水冷却式冷凝器,是固定管板式换热器的一种。换热管与管板连接部位是静设备中较易损坏的部位,也是低压水冷器制造与检验的重点部位。介绍了换热面积为401 m2的低压水冷器的制造与检验要点,并就换热管与管板连接的质量控制进行了讨论分析。
The low-pressure water cooler was a water-cooled condenser and a kind of fixed tube-plate heat exchanger.The connection part of the heat exchange tube and the tube sheet was the most vulnerable part of all static equipment,and it was also the key part of the manufacture and inspection of the low pressure water cooler.The manufacturing and inspection points of the low-pressure water cooler with a heat exchange area of 401 m2 were introduced,and the quality control of the connection between the heat exchange tube and the tube sheet was discussed and analyzed.
