摘要
凝结芽孢杆菌(Bacillus coagulans,BC)属于微生态制剂,是近年来国内外学者的研究热点。凝芽孢杆菌有芽孢,可以产生乳酸,具有乳酸菌和双歧杆菌的双重功效,具有良好的抗逆性,以及耐高温、胃酸和胆盐的特性。凝结芽孢杆菌可抑制肠道致病菌,维持肠道菌群的平衡,促进养分的消化吸收,降低动物腹泻率,提高动物的免疫功能,减少环境污染。作为新型的饲料添加剂被广泛应用于动物生产中,因此备受关注。文章根据国内外研究成果,就凝结芽孢杆菌的生物学功能及其在动物生产中的应用进行综述,为凝结芽孢杆菌在动物绿色养殖中的应用提供参考。
Bacillus coagulans(BC)is a micro-ecological agent and has been a hotspot of research at home and abroad in recent years.BC possesses spores,produces lactic acid,and has the double functions of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium.It has strong resistance to stress,high temperature,stomach acid and bile salt.It inhibits intestinal pathogenic bacteria,maintains the balance of intestinal flora,promotes the digestion and absorption of nutrients,reduces the diarrhea rate of animals,improve their immune function,and reduces environmental pollution.As a new type of feed additive,BC is widely used in animal production,attracting much attention of the public.Based on the existing research results at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the biological functions of Bacillus coagulans and its application in animal production,so as to provide reference for its application in green cultivation of animals.
