摘要
目的对德国小蠊氯菊酯抗性品系的生物适合度进行研究,为抗性治理提供理论依据。方法在实验室可控条件下,观察统计德国小蠊敏感品系与抗性品系在产卵、卵历期、孵化、羽化、雌雄比、繁殖力、寿命等方面的差异性,并计算抗性品系相对适合度。结果德国小蠊抗性品系单荚卵粒数为35.3,低于敏感品系的39.8,具有显著性差异(P<0.001);抗性品系与敏感品系一生所产卵荚数分别为3.1与3.6,无显著性差异(P>0.05);抗性品系从羽化到带荚间隔期以及两荚间隔期分别为11.2、7.1 d,都显著多于敏感品系的8.9、5.8 d(分别为P<0.001、P<0.01),但卵历期无显著性差异(P>0.05),分别为22.1、20.9 d;抗性品系可孵化若虫数为23.3,低于敏感品系的30.0,具有显著性差异,(P<0.01);抗性品系的卵孵化率为97.2%、卵荚孵化率为82.2%、若虫羽化率为87.0%,均低于敏感品系的99.5%、85.7%、98.1%;抗性品系雌雄比为1.01∶1,敏感品系雌雄比为1.22∶1;2种品系雄性繁殖能力无显著性差异(P>0.05);敏感品系雌虫寿命为154.5 d,高于抗性品系的141.1 d、而雄虫寿命为122.5 d,低于抗性品系的147.7 d,均存在显著性差异(P<0.01)。经统计,该氯菊酯抗性品系相对适合度为0.69,存在适合度缺陷。结论抗性品系在繁殖和生长发育上存在明显的生存劣势,这种现象有利于敏感性恢复,药物轮用治理德国小蠊氯菊酯抗性是有效的策略。
Objective To investigate the biotic fitness in permethrin resistant strain of Blattella germanica,and provide the theoretical basis for resistance management of Blattella germanica.Methods The differences of oviposition,egg duration,egg hatching,eclosion,female.male ratio,fecundity,life span,etc.between sensitive and resistant strains of Blattella germanica were observed,and the relative fitness of resistant strain was calculated.Results The number of eggs in single pod in the resistant strain 35.3 were significantly lower than those in the sensitive strain 39.8(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in the number of egg pods given birth to in the whole life between the two strains,3.1 and 3.6 respectively(P>0.05).The interval from eclosion to pod and the interval between two pods of the resistant strain(11.2 and 7.1 d) were obviously longer than those of the sensitive strain(8.9 and 5.8 d)(P<0.001 and P<0.01 respectively),but there was no significant difference in egg duration(22.1 and 20.9 d) and male fecundity between resistant and sensitive strains(P>0.05).The number of hatched nymphs in the resistant strain 23.3 were significantly lower than those in the sensitive strain 30.0(P<0.01).The egg hatching rate,pod hatching rate and the eclosion rate in the resistant strain were 97.2%,82.2% and 87.0%,which were lower than that in sensitive strain 99.5%,85.7%and 98.1% respectively.A female-male ratio of 1.01∶1 in the resistant strain,while the ratio of 1.22∶1 in the sensitive strain;the female lifespan of sensitive strain 154.5 d was longer than that of the resistant strain 141.1 d,while male lifespan of sensitive strain 122.5 d was shorter than that of the resistant strain 147.7 d.The relative fitness of the tested resistant strain was 0.69,showing fitness defect in permethrin resistant strain of Blattella germanica.Conclusion Permethrin resistant strain Blattella germanica has obvious survival disadvantage in reproduction and growth conducive to the recovery of sensitivity,and insecticide rotation is an
