摘要
通过Fe-Mo-Ni-Cu-C粉末冶金液压马达阀板材料试样制备及技术工艺试验,研究了阀板材料中C、Cu、Ni等合金元素对材料抗拉强度、冲击韧性、表观硬度等性能及径向尺寸变化的影响,获得了较优的阀板材料组分为Fe-0.5Mo-0.6Ni-2Cu-0.7C。对采用该材料组分制备的烧结态阀板零件进行生产实践及综合性能测试,检测结果满足阀板零件性能指标要求,验证了Fe-0.5Mo-0.6Ni-2Cu-0.7C阀板材料可应用于生产实践,对同类铁基粉末冶金材料性能研究及开发具有借鉴意义。
The Fe-Mo-Ni-Cu-C hydraulic motor valve plate samples were prepared by powder-metallurgy. The influence of C,Cu,Ni and other alloying elements in the valve plate on the material properties such as tensile strength,impact toughness,apparent hardness and radial size changes was studied. Fe-0.5 Mo-0.6 Ni-2 Cu-0.7 C is confirmed as the optimized valve plate material. The production practice and comprehensive performance test of the sintered valve plate parts prepared with this material are carried out,and the test results fully meet the requirements of the valve plate parts. It is verified that the Fe-0.5 Mo-0.6 Ni-2 Cu-0.7 C valve plate materials can be applied to the production practice and has reference significance for the research and development of similar iron-based powder metallurgy materials.
