添加球磨铁碳粉对Fe-2Cu-0.8C材料性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 本文采用不同工艺制备球磨铁碳粉,并以球磨铁碳粉替代石墨粉与铁粉、铜粉混合,配制Fe-2Cu-0.8C材料,研究添加球磨粉的球磨时间和球磨粉成分对材料性能的影响,并与元素粉配料的Fe-2Cu-0.8C材料进行对比。结果表明,与添加其他球磨时间粉末的材料相比,添加球磨12 h粉末配制的材料,粉末的流动性好,试样的密度、强度和硬度相对较高。添加不同碳含量球磨粉末的材料,粉末的流动性和试样的密度与添加的球磨粉碳含量关系不大,试样的强度和硬度随碳含量增加有所降低。与元素粉配料的材料相比,添加球磨12 h粉末配制的材料强度和硬度提高近30%。 Fe-Cu-C is the most widely used as iron-based material system in powder metallurgy materials. In order to study the influence of addition of milled Fe-C powder on the properties of iron-based materials,materials with the nominal composition of Fe-2Cu-0. 8C were prepared on the basis of milled Fe-C powder acquired by various processes. The flowability,density,bending strength and Rockwell hardness were tested. By comparing with the Fe-2Cu-0. 8C material prepared by conventional method of mixing elemental powders,it is shown that the material with the addition of the Fe-C powder milled in 12 hours has better flowability,density,bending strength and Rockwell hardness,which is also better than materials milled Fe-C powder in other milling time. The flowability and apparent density show almost no change with the carbon content in Fe-C even milled in 12 hour,however,their bending strength and hardness decrease with increasing the carbon content.
