摘要
铁基粉末冶金材料与制品中,有时需要添加一定量的铜,以改善产品的性能。本文通过理论分析和实验验证,确定了铜测定的最佳分析条件。选取经典的测定铜的方法——碘量法。分析条件包括:溶样酸的选择;共存元素铁和钼对铜含量的测定是否有干扰,以及如有干扰如何消除。
Iron-based materials and products in powder metallurgy need to add a certain amount of copper to improve product performance.The optimal analytical conditions for the copper determination were given through theoretical analysis and experimental validation.The classic analysis method of copper determination,iodine volume method was chosen.Analysis conditions included the choice of acid for dissolving sample;effects of coexistence elements and molybdenum on the copper determination and elimination of the effects.
