摘要
目的探讨速效救心丸对稳定型心绞痛病人血清内皮素-1(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)水平的影响。方法将2016年5月—2017年10月在广东省中医院心脏专科门诊就诊及住院部住院治疗的80例稳定型心绞痛病人纳入研究,随机分为常规治疗组与联合治疗组,常规治疗组给予西药常规抗心绞痛治疗,联合治疗组在西药常规抗心绞痛治疗基础上加用速效救心丸,治疗时间为12周。观察血清ET-1、NO水平变化及中医证候疗效。结果治疗后,联合治疗组血清NO水平较常规治疗组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合治疗组血清ET-1水平较常规治疗组明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合治疗组中医证候疗效优于常规治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论速效救心丸通过增加血清NO水平,减少血清ET-1水平,保护稳定型心绞痛病人内皮功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of Suxiao Jiuxin Wan on serum endothelin-1(ET-1)and nitric oxide(NO)levels in patients with stable angina pectoris.Methods Eighty patients with stable angina pectoris were recruited and randomly divided into combination therapy group and regular treatment group.The patients in routine treatment group were treated with regular anti-angina treatment,and the patients in combination therapy group were treated with Suxiao Jiuxin Wan on the basis of regular anti-angina treatment.The treatment time was 12 weeks.Serum ET-1 and NO levels and TCM syndrome efficacy were compared.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,the serum NO level in combination therapy group was higher than that in regular treatment group(P<0.05),the serum ET-1 level in combination therapy group was lower than that in regular treatment group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome efficacy of combination therapy group was better than that of regular treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Suxiao Jiuxin Wan can increase the level of serum NO,reduce the level of serum ET-1,protect endothelial function in patients with stable angina pectoris.
