摘要
[目的/意义]在当今大数据时代,大数据和情报是提升疫情防控能力的关键。因此,开展大数据环境下情报主导的疫情防控研究意义重大。[方法/过程]首先,从理论层面出发,界定疫情防控、疫情大数据和疫情情报的概念。其次,阐述疫情大数据、疫情情报与疫情防控之间的关系。最后,构建大数据环境下情报主导的疫情防控模型,并解析其内涵。[结果/结论]大数据环境下情报主导的疫情防控的关键在于将疫情大数据转换为有用的疫情情报,并运用疫情情报服务和支撑疫情防控能力的提升。
[Purpose/Significance]In the era of big data,big data and intelligence are the key to improve the capability of epidemic prevention and control.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out the research on intelligence-led epidemic prevention and control model in the big data environment.[Method/Process]First,this article defined the concepts of epidemic prevention and control,epidemic big data and epidemic intelligence.Second,this paper expounded the relationship of epidemic prevention and control,epidemic big data and epidemic intelligence.Finally,this article constructed an intelligence-led epidemic prevention and control model in the big data environment,and analyzed its connotation.[Result/Conclusion]The key of intelligence-led epidemic prevention and control in the big data environment was to transform epidemic big data into useful epidemic intelligence,and use epidemic intelligence to support the improvement of epidemic prevention and control capability.
