摘要 [目的/意义]重大疫情类突发事件网络舆情研判工作的核心在于预测镶嵌在多重尺度的时空社会网络里的主体于互联网情境中的演化规律和发展趋向。常态化的舆情研判常依赖经验积累,采用模糊推断的方式,对于涉重大疫情的突发舆情动态判断存在着分析黑箱。[方法/过程]本文在时空结构理论的指引下,以时空大数据作为该类舆情研判的重要工具,将时空特质纳入重大疫情类突发事件网络舆情发展的观测变量,探究时空大数据源与海量舆情信息的匹配规律,寻求时空数据建模与舆情研判模型的整合方式,梳理重大疫情类突发事件网络舆情的动态全局性研判流程,构建该类网络舆情研判的多维多态时空大数据分析框架。[结果/结论]向政府实务部门提供一种有针对性的、定性与定量相结合的科学准确研判体系,为我国公共卫生事件的舆情危机管控提供思路参考和决策依托。 [Purpose/Significance]The core of the research and judgment work of network public opinion on the emergency initiated by the major epidemic is to predict the evolution rules and development trends of the subjects embedded in the multi-scale spatiotemporal social network in the Internet context.Normalized public opinion research and judgment often rely on the accumulation of experience and use fuzzy inference.There is a black box for the analysis of sudden public opinion dynamics involving the major epidemic.[Method/Process]Under the guidance of the theory of spatio-temporal structure,this paper takes spatio-temporal big data as an important tool for this type of network public opinion research,incorporates spatio-temporal characteristics into the observation variables of the development of network public opinion on the emergencies triggered by the major epidemic,and explores the matching rules of of big data sources and massive public opinion information in spatio-temporal dimensions.This paper seeks the integration path between space-time data modeling and research and analysis of public opinion,combing the dynamic global research process of network public opinion on the emergencies initiated by the major epidemic,and constructs a multi-dimensional polymorphic spatio-temporal big data analysis framework for researching and judging.[Result/Conclusion]Provide government practice departments with a targeted,qualitative and quantitative combination of scientific and accurate research and judgment system,and provide ideas and decision support for the public opinion crisis management of public health events in China.
