摘要
以铜镍冶炼产生的工业废弃物铜镍冶炼渣为研究对象,通过对冶炼渣进行XRD测试及化学成分分析,确定了冶炼渣基本特性。针对研究所用冶炼渣活性低的特点,基于冶炼渣制备胶凝材料的水化反应机理,选取复合激发剂进行活性激发。按照冶炼渣∶PO42.5水泥∶CaO:激发剂=35∶50∶13∶2配比制备了SC型胶凝材料,并对其性能进行试验检测。结果表明:SC型胶凝材料各龄期强度均比PO42.5水泥强度低,但高于PSA 32.5水泥强度,其强度能够满足矿山充填需求。SC型胶凝材料与尾砂适应性测试试验结果表明,SC型胶凝材料与尾砂制备的充填料浆具有较好的流动性。
Taking the copper and nickel smelting slag as the research object,the basic properties of the smelting slag were determined by XRD test and chemical composition analysis.According to the properties of low activity of smelting slag used in the study,based on the hydration reaction mechanism of cementitious materials with smelting slag,composite activator was selected to activate the activity.A SC-type cementitious material was prepared according to the ratio of smelting slag∶PO42.5 cement∶CaO∶activator=35∶50∶13∶2,and its properties were tested.The results show that the strength of SC-type cementitious material is lower than that of PO42.5 cement,but higher than that of PSA 32.5 cement,which can meet the needs of mine filling.The adaptability test of SC-type cementitious material and tailings shows that the filling slurry prepared by SC cementitious material and tailings has good fluidity.
