摘要
以效率变革推动经济高质量发展是促进我国经济发展方式转变的主线。中国经济高质量发展水平通过经济效率值来衡量,了解中国目前的经济发展状况,有助于采取有效对策实现经济高质量发展。文章采用2000—2017年中国30个省份的面板数据,构建超效率DEA-SBM模型,对中国经济效率值进行测算,并利用Dagum基尼系数模型对各地区间的经济发展质量进行差异分析。研究发现,中国整体经济效率值不高,具有较大的提升空间,东、中、西部的差距较大,主要原因是各地区发展不平衡。可以通过提高效率来实现经济高质量发展,实施区域协调发展。
Promoting high-quality economic development through efficiency reform is the main line of promoting the transformation of China’s economic development mode. The high-quality development level of China’s economy is measured by the value of economic efficiency. Understanding China’s current economic development is conducive to taking effective measures to achieve high-quality economic development. This paper uses the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2000 to 2017 to construct a DEA-SBM model and calculate China’s economic efficiency value. The paper also uses the Dagum Gini coefficient model to analyze the difference of economic development quality in different regions. Studies find that China’s overall economic efficiency value is not high, with great room for improvement, that the gap between the east, the middle and the west is large, mainly because of uneven development among different regions, and that we can achieve high-quality economic development and implement coordinated regional development by improving efficiency.
