摘要
煤矿工作环境越来越受到重视,为了减少巷道里过往柴油车辆有害尾气和噪声污染,借鉴成熟的地面无轨电车以及地铁电网DC1 500 V供电技术,将DC1 500 V架线电网系统应用于煤矿巷道中,使煤矿无轨胶轮架线车辆可采用电机牵引来运行,大大改善矿井工作环境。主要针对无轨架线车辆在长距离的坡道上存在的问题,对比不同再生电能利用装置技术,并介绍了3种能馈方式的方案,分析对比各自优缺点,最终选用双向变流的能量回馈方式进行供电系统设计,并对现场试验系统进行简单测试分析。
The working environment of coal mines is receiving more and more attention. In order to reduce the harmful exhaust gas and noise pollution of passing diesel vehicles in the roadway, the DC1 500 V wired power grid system is applied to the coal mine tunnels to draw on the mature groundless trams and the DC1 500 V power supply technology of the subway grid to make the coal mines trackless rubberwired vehicles can be operated by motor traction, which greatly improves the working environment of the mine. Mainly focuses on the problems of trackless vehicles on long-distance slopes, compares different regenerative energy utilization device technologies, and introduces three energy feeds. The scheme of the method is analyzed and compared with the advantages and disadvantages of each.Finally, the energy feedback method of bidirectional converter is used to design the power supply system, and a simple test analysis is performed on the field test system.
