摘要
电气强度试验是电器产品安全性能检验的一项重要指标。文章根据GB4706.1推荐的90°移相法,研究了一种智能型热态电气强度试验仪,详细介绍了该试验仪的系统设计方案,包括智能控制模块、AC/AC变换模块、AD采样以及通信模块等,分析了仪器试验高压的电压外环、电流内环的双闭环控制策略,最后通过实验验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。
The electric strength test is an important indicator of the electrical products safety performance test. Ac-cording to 90° phase shift method recommended by GB4706.1 , the paper develops an intelligent thermal state electric strength tester, and introduces the design of the tester in detail, including the intelligent control module, AC / AC trans- formation module, AD sampling and communication module, and so on. Additional, it analyzes voltage outer current in-ner double-Floop control strategy used in the apparatus testing high-pressure. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the strategy are verified by experiments.
