摘要
本文基于问卷调查、一对一访谈的手段对比学生干部及成绩优秀的贫困生与普通贫困生心理韧性的差异。将自我认知、问题解决能力、人生目标与志向性以及自我效能感这四个心理韧性的特质作为对比的不同维度,发现学生干部和成绩优秀的贫困生的心理韧性明显优于普通贫困生,其中心理因素是心理韧性强弱的决定性因素。因此本文倡导构建积极教育模式,通过开展心理弹性训练项目、构建专属联络员体系、强化辅导员同理心等手段,促进每一位贫困生的心理因素,进而开发他们的心理韧性。
Based on questionnaire survey and one-to-one interview,this paper compares the differences of resilience between the impoverished students with excellent performance and the ordinary impoverished students.Taking the four resilience traits as dimensions of comparison,it is found that the resilience of impoverished students with excellent performance is obviously better than that of ordinary impoverished students,among which the psychological factor is the decisive factor.Therefore,this paper advocates the construction of a positive education model to promote the psychological factors of each impoverished students,and then develop their resilience.
