摘要 结合新型颜色传感器TCS230和色差公式CIEDE2000,提出一种尿液试纸颜色识别办法。其原理为MCU读取TCS230颜色传感器获得的与试纸带颜色相对应的数字脉冲,通过数学处理变换成对应的RGB值,然后对照由标准比色卡建立的标准RGB值做色差计算处理,得到该模块的指标值。通过理论计算验证算法的可行性,制作实物装置验证临床可行性。试验结果表明该装置识别尿液试纸颜色的准确率达到了95%,具有很好的可靠性。 A color recognition method for a urine test strip is proposed, which combines a TCS230 color sensor with CIEDE2000 color difference formulas. The principle is that the MCU reads the digital pulses, which correspond to the color of the tested urine strip, from the TCS230 color sensor, and converts it to the corresponding RGB value by using the mathematical processing, and then calculates the color difference between this RGB value and the standard RGB value formed from the standard colorimetric card to obtain the index value of the module. The feasibility of the algorithm was verified by theoretical calculation. The test result shows that the accuracy of recognition for the color of the urine test strip reaches 95% and the device can recognize with good reliability.
