摘要
采用TAOS公司的颜色传感器TCS230作为颜色识别器件,其核心控制器件采用Atmel公司的AT89C2051微控制器实现逻辑控制和数据采集。数据经串口传送至上位机,对采集到的数据进行存储处理和颜色识别。本文对TCS230识别电路、通信电路及其附属电路进行了硬件设计。根据实验算法和硬件电路进行了软件设计,软件程序包括串口通信和颜色识别算法。实验结果表明,本设计方案合理,结果正确。
The color sensor TCS230 produced by TAOS is used in the color detection system. The AT89C2051 of Atmel company is used to achieve logic control and data acquisition. The data is transmitted to the host computer through the serial port, then the collected data is stored and do the color recognition. The hardware of recognition circuit,communication circuit and subsidiary circuit are designed. The software is designed according to the experimental algorithm and the hardware circuit,which includes the serial communication and color recognition algorithm. The experiment results indicate that the design plan is rational and the result is correct.
