基于执法理性的公安院校情境教学模式完善研究

摘要 近年,国内外警察涉诉侵权案件出现越来越多的新问题,公安院校亟需回应情境特征,通过科学的教学方法,实现执法理性的专业化建构。亟需将情境训练模式的重心从终端处置转向事中过程、强化多元交互的仿真体验与信息收集能力培育。通过完善项目制与数据库,强化教学案例的遴选与编制,探索交互式情境模拟训练技术与警务实践的结合。同时,将规范分析训练作为情境教学的辅助,培育规则解释与适用能力,以实现执法理性的最大培育效益。 In recent years,there have beenincreasingly new problems in police infringement cases nationally and internationally.Police colleges urgently need to respond to the situational characteristics and realize the professional construction of law enforcement rationality through scientific teaching methods.There is an urgent need to shift the focus of the situational training model from terminal processing to the in-process process,and to enhance the simulation experience of multiple interactions and cultivate the ability of information collection.Through improving the project system and database,strengthening the selection and compilation of teaching cases,exploring the combination of interactive situational simulation training technology and police practice,and taking normative analysis training as the auxiliary of situational teaching,we can realize the maximum cultivating benefit of law enforcement rationality.
