生活饮用水中9种硝基苯和硝基氯苯类化合物的毛细管气相色谱同时测定法 被引量:2

Simultaneous determination of nitrobenzene and nitrochlorobenzene compounds in drinking water by capillary gas chromatography

摘要 目的建立一种测定生活饮用水中硝基苯和硝基氯苯类化合物的气相色谱方法。方法实验采用乙酸乙酯和苯萃取水中的硝基苯和硝基氯苯类化合物,氮吹浓缩后进样气相色谱仪分析,电子捕获控制器(ECD)检测。结果所测的9种化合物在相应的线性范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均>0.999;检出限除硝基苯较高外(10.4μg/L),其余均<1.0μg/L,精密度相对标准偏差(RSD)在7%以内,准确度除低浓度的回收率偏差较大外(86.6%~123.5%),其余均在合理范围内(93.3%~116.9%);方法应用于测定实际水样,结果令人满意,与武汉市疾病预防控制中心进行的方法验证顺利通过。结论该方法准确度高,重现性好,检出限低,所需仪器配置简单,适合在基层实验室推广,为后期国标的制订奠定了一定的基础。 Objective To establish a method for determination of nitrobenzene and nitrochlorobenzene compounds in drinking water by gas chromatography.Methods Nitrobenzene and nitrochlorobenzene compounds in water were extracted by ethyl acetate and benzene.After nitrogen blowing concentration,the sample was analyzed by gas chromatography and detected by electronic capture detector(ECD).Results Nine compounds exhibited a good linearity over corresponding linear range,and the correlation coefficients were greater than 0.999.The detection limits were below 1.0μg/L except for nitrobenzene(10.4μg/L).The relative standard deviation(RSD)of precision was within 7%.The accuracy was in the reasonable range(93.3%-116.9%)except for the recovery deviation of low concentration(86.6%-123.5%).The method was used for determining the actual water samples and gained a satisfactory result,and successfully passed the method verification of Wuhan Center for Disease Control and Prevention.Conclusion The method has high accuracy,good reproducibility,and low detection limit,with simple instrument configuration,which is suitable for popularization in basic laboratories,and it lays a certain foundation for the later formulation of national standards.
