摘要
目的分析阴道B超联合腹部B超检查对异位妊娠的诊断价值。方法选择2016年2月—2017年2月期间,医院接收的行手术病理切片确诊的异位妊娠患者152例,以回顾性分析形式,152例患者应用阴道B超和经腹部B超联合阴道B超的检查结果,和手术病理诊断结果对比。结果经阴道B超诊断中,有130例患者和术后诊断结果一致,符合率为85.53%;经腹部B超联合阴道B超诊断有144例和术后诊断结果一致,符合率为94.74%;两种不同B超检查形式检查后,对异位妊娠诊断正确度对比,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论腹部B超联合阴道B超诊断异位妊娠,相比于单一检查准确度更高。
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of vagina B ultrasound combined with abdominal B ultrasound in ectopic pregnancy.Methods From February 2016 to February 2017,152 cases of ectopic pregnancy confirmed by surgical pathology were selected in our hospital.In the form of retrospective analysis,152 cases of ectopic pregnancy were examined by vaginal B-ultrasound and transabdominal B-ultrasound combined with vaginal B-ultrasound,and compared with the results of surgical pathology.Results In the diagnosis of B-ultrasound,130 cases were consistent with the diagnosis results after operation,the coincidence rate was 85.53%;144 cases were consistent with the diagnosis results after operation,the coincidence rate was 94.74%;after the examination of two different B-ultrasound forms,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The accuracy of abdominal B ultrasound combined with vaginal B ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy is higher than that of single examination.
