摘要
目的电子输尿管软镜与微创经皮肾镜碎石术治疗肾结石的疗效和安全性分析。方法2018年5月—2018年12月选择在所在科室进行肾结石救治的94例患者作为研究对象,此次调查选取时间在。根据随机的方式,将患者分为2组,每组47例。对比组采用了电微创经皮肾镜碎石术治疗方案。试验组采用了电子输尿管软镜碎石术治疗方案。分析两组最终的治疗效果。结果对比组患者住院时间和试验组相比较高,术中出血量和试验组相比较低,手术时间和试验组相比较短(P<0.05)。结论在肾结石治疗中可采取电子输尿管软镜治疗方式,这种治疗方式与微创经皮肾镜碎石术治疗相比手术时间更短、手术出血量更少,效果更佳优异,此种治疗方式值得临床应用以及普及。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of electronic flexible ureteroscope and minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotripsy in the treatment of renal calculi.Methods From May 2018 to December 2018,94 cases of renal calculi in our department were selected as the research object.The time of this survey was According to the random way,the patients were divided into two groups,47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy.The experimental group was treated with electronic flexible ureteroscope lithotripsy.The final therapeutic effect of the two groups was analyzed.Results Compared with the experimental group,the hospitalization time of the patients in the control group was higher,the intraoperative bleeding volume was lower,the operation time and the experimental group were shorter(P<0.05).Conclusion Electronic flexible ureteroscope can be used in the treatment of renal calculi.Compared with minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy,this method has shorter operation time,less operative bleeding and better effect.
