摘要
目的探究个性化疼痛护理在肾结石患者中的应用价值及对疼痛程度、护理满意度的影响。方法选取2020年6月~2023年6月本院收治的肾结石患者68例,根据护理方案分组,采用常规护理方案的36例病人为对照组,采用个性化疼痛护理方案的32例病人为观察组。比较两组的血压、心率、疼痛程度、生活质量以及护理满意度。结果干预前两组各指标均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。干预后,相较于对照组,观察组收缩压、舒张压、心率、NRS评分均明显下降(P<0.05);SF-36评分、护理满意度均明显升高(P<0.05)。结论个性化疼痛护理可明显降低肾结石患者的血压和心率,有效改善疼痛程度,显著提高患者的生活质量和护理满意度,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the application value of personalized pain nursing in patients with kidney stones and its effect on pain level and nursing satisfaction.Methods 68 cases of kidney stone patients admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 were selected and grouped according to the nursing program;36 patients with conventional nursing program were the control group,and 32 patients with personalized pain nursing program were the observation group.The blood pressure,heart rate,pain level,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in each index before intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,compared with the control group,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,heart rate,and NRS score of the observation group decreased significantly(P<0.05);SF-36 score and nursing satisfaction increased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized pain care can significantly reduce blood pressure and heart rate of kidney stone patients,effectively improve the degree of pain,and significantly improve the quality of life of patients and nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
