摘要
目的探讨微信移动学习结合翻转课堂在产科课堂教学的作用效果。方法2016年3月—7月选择学校大三临床医学系213名学生,按班级分为试验组105人(微信移动学习加翻转课堂)和对照组108人(传统课堂教学)。一个学期课堂教学结束后,对所有同学进行调查问卷了解同学对目前课堂教学模式的评价,并比较两组同学的期末考试成绩。结果试验组学生期末考试成绩好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。更多试验组同学认为本组教学模式可以提高求知欲、增加对课堂知识的理解和消化、提高自学能力、沟通能力和科研能力,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微信移动学习结合翻转课堂可以很好的完成教学任务,能够拓展课堂教学的时间和空间,有利于提高学生的考试成绩,受到学生好评,可考虑普遍开展。
Objective To explore the effect of WeChat mobile learning combined with flipped classroom in obstetrical class teaching.Methods From March 2016 to July 2016,213 students majoring in clinical medicine in the third study year in our school were selected.105 students were divided into the experimental group(WeChat mobile learning plus flipped classroom)and 108 students were in the control group(traditional teaching).After a semester of teaching,all the students were surveyed by questionnaires to understand their evaluation of the current teaching mode,and the final examination results of the two groups were compared.Results The final examination scores of students in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The students in the experimental group believed that the teaching mode of this group could increase their thirst for knowledge,improve their understanding and digestion of knowledge,improve their self-study ability,improve communication ability and scientific research ability.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion WeChat mobile learning combined with flipped classroom can accomplish teaching tasks well,expand the time and space of teaching,help to improve students'test scores,which are praised by students,and it can be considered to be widely carried out.
