摘要
为提高供热工程压力管道的安装质量,在分析当前可应用于供热管道安装方式优劣势的基础上,对焊接安装方式的质量控制措施进行详细研究,并着重从焊接准备阶段、焊接实施阶段以及焊接后的质量检测阶段三个阶段的质量控制措施进行分析,为保证供热工程压力管道的安装质量提供参考。
In order to improve the installation quality of pressure pipeline in heating engineering,based on the analysis on the advantages and disadvantages of current used installation method of heat supply pipeline,this paper researced in detail the quality control measures of welding installation mode,and emphatically analyzed the quality control measures from the welding preparation stage,welding implementation stage and quality inspection stage after welding three stages,provided reference for ensuring the installation quality of pressure pipeline in heating engineering.
