摘要
在简要评述国际压力管道缺陷安全评定规范的基础上 ,制定了采用API1 1 0 4经验性验收准则与CEGBR6标准评定方法相结合的压力管道安全评定的技术路线。通过管道有限元应力分析计算和安装焊缝的抽样无损探伤检测对某石化公司低压供汽管道安装焊缝缺陷的安全性进行了评定 ,避免了不必的焊缝翻修。本文详细总结了低压供汽管道安装焊缝安全评定的主要过程。
Based on summaries of international standards and research results for flawed pipe safety assessment, a flawed pipe safety assessment procedure combining API1104 acceptance criteria with CEGB R6 Evaluation Procedure is introduced. Through pipeline's FE stress analysis and sample NDT of fixing weld lines, the safety of fixing welding line defects of a low pressured vapor\|supply pipeline in a petrochemical plant was evaluated and the repair of weld defects was avoided. The major process, methods and conclusions of the assessment project are described in detail.
