摘要
目的:从住培工作管理人员的角度出发,通过梳理现阶段江苏省全科专业住培医师的激励措施实施现状,从理论层面构建全科专业住培医师激励模型,为激励机制的优化提供参考。方法:采用开放式问卷调查的方法,对32位研究对象进行问卷调查,经过开放式编码、主轴编码和选择性编码分析过程对江苏省的全科专业住培医师的激励机制进行研究。结果:经过三级编码,最终梳理出与全科专业住培相关的69个概念、22个范畴、9个主范畴和4个核心范畴,整理为对全科专业住培工作的重视、全科专业专业住培医师待遇、全科专业住培的意义与全科专业住培基地建设4条脉络。结论:构建出的全科专业住培医师激励模型可分为环境激励、物质激励、成就激励和能力激励4个方面,应精准施策加以有效激励,从而达到提升全科专业住培医师培养质量的目的。
Objective:To find out the status quo of the incentives policy and to build an incentive model of general specialty of residents in Jiangsu province from the view of management of standardized training,so as to provide a reference for the optimization of the incentive mechanism.Methods:32 subjects were investigated by using open questionnaire.The Grounded Theory was used to analyze questionnaires through open coding,spindle coding and selective coding procedure,the incentive mechanism of general specialty of practitioners in Jiangsu province was studied.Results:Through three-level coding,the author finally sorted out 69 concepts,22 categories,9 main categories and 4 core categories related to general specialty of residency training,which can be sorted into four aspects:the importance of the general specialty of residency training,general specialty of residents'treatment,significance of general specialty of residency training and construction of training base.Conclusion:The incentive model of general specialty of residents can be divided into four aspects:environmental incentive,material incentive,achievement incentive and ability incentive.Only by implementing precise strategies can the incentive effect be achieved and the quality of general specialty of residency training be improved.
