摘要
基坑支护设计必须充分考虑周边环境的复杂性,因地制宜地采取有效控制措施进行支护。以昆明某商务中心项目基坑工程为背景,从基坑支护结构设计及施工方法方面,研究复杂周边环境条件下的深大基坑支护设计及施工方面如何有效地控制基坑的变形和保护周围环境安全的关键技术。分析现场的监测结果,该设计体系、支护方案及施工工艺切实可行,基坑支护结构侧向位移的最大值仅为开挖深度的0.20%~0.35%,临近建筑区测点相对位移均小于30mm,并且不均匀沉降差小于10mm。通过本文分析可为类似工程提供借鉴参考。
The design of foundation pit supporting must fully consider the complexity of surrounding environment,the proper measures on local conditions should be taken to guarantee the effective support manner.Taking foundation pit engineering of a business center project in Kunming as the background,based on the design and construction methods of the foundation pit support structure,this paper studies the key technologies of how to effectively control the deformation of the foundation pit and protect the safety of the surrounding environment in the design and construction of the deep and large foundation pits under the complex surrounding environment.The monitoring results show that the design system,support scheme and construction technology are feasible.The maximum lateral displacement of the retaining structure is only 0.25%~0.35%of the excavation depth,the relative displacement of the measuring points in the adjacent building area is less than 30mm,and the uneven settlement difference is less than 10mm.The analysis of this paper can provide reference for similar projects.
