摘要
以上海虹源盛世国际文化城02地块A区超大基坑工程施工为例,结合现场施工工况条件和周边已有地下构筑物的保护要求,在超大基坑开挖方案有限元分析设计、开挖阶段的重点监测、基坑开挖和供能管沟保护措施等方面,阐述了超大基坑施工阶段对位于锡虹路靠近基坑南侧的近距离平行于基坑的地下供能管沟的变形控制技术。该超大基坑施工近距离平行地下供能管沟的变形控制技术在实际应用中取得了预期效果,可对类似工程有一定的参考意义。
Taking Shanghai Hongyuan Shengshi International Cultural City Block 02 Zone A Oversized Foundation Pit Project as an example,and combined with the site construction conditions and the protection requirements of the surrounding existing underground structures,this paper sets forth the deformation control technology of underground energy supply tunnel closely paralleling to the south side of the foundation pit located at Xihong Road during the construction of oversized foundation pit from the aspects of the finite element analysis design of oversized foundation pit excavation scheme,the emphasis monitoring of excavation period,the excavation of foundation pit and the protection measures of energy supply tunnel.The deformation control technology of underground energy supply tunnel closely paralleling to the construction of this oversized foundation pit achieves the expected effect in the practical application,which can be referred for the similar projects.
