中外花样滑冰优秀青少年女子单人滑跳跃动作的运动学研究 被引量:7

摘要 研究花样滑冰女子单人滑比赛中跳跃技术动作的运动学参数,为运动员训练提供科学的依据,最终获得好的比赛成绩。采用文献资料、视频分析、对比分析、数理统计等研究方法,对2019-2020年全国花样滑冰锦标赛与2019年世界青少年花样滑冰锦标赛女子单人滑运动员完成的跳跃动作进行分析。结果表明:我国与国外青少年花样滑冰女单运动员在勾手跳、后外结环跳、后内结环跳和后外点冰跳方面存在差距:国外运动员完成4周跳跃动作的空停时间比完成3周跳跃动作的空停时间长,平均转速比3周跳的快。为缩短差距,提出加强爆发力和核心力量训练,从而提升我国青少年花样滑冰女单运动员的比赛成绩。 In order to provide scientific basis for athletes’training,this paper studies the kinematic parameters of jumping technique in women’s figure skating competition,and finally obtains good results.By literature,means of video analysis,comparative analysis,mathematical statistics and other research methods,this paper analyzes the jumping movements of female single skaters in the National Figure Skating Championships from 2019 to 2020 and the world youth Figure Skating Championships in 2019.The results show that:there is a gap between Chinese and foreign figure skating young women’s singles athletes in hook jump,back outer knot loop jump,back inside knot loop jump and back outside point ice jump;the air stop time of foreign athletes in completing 4-week jump is longer than that of 3-week jump,and the average speed is faster than that of 3-week jump.In order to shorten the gap,it is proposed to strengthen the training of explosive force and core strength,so as to improve the competition performance of Chinese figure skating young women’s singles athletes.
