摘要
使用乙醇浸提法从榴莲瓤皮与果核中提取以1-甲基-4-硝基-1H-咪唑、3,5-二羟基苯甲酸和3-(苄氧基)丁烷-1,2,4-三醇为主要组分的提取物(DPSE),并通过动电位极化、电化学阻抗谱、形貌观察等研究了DPSE在0.5mol/L H2SO4溶液中对铜的缓蚀性能。结果表明:DPSE同时抑制铜在H2SO4溶液中的阴、阳极反应过程,减小电流密度并提升电荷转移阻抗;当DPSE的添加量为600mg/L时,缓蚀率可达92.6%;DPSE有效吸附于铜表面以减缓腐蚀,符合Langmuir等温式;理论计算结果显示,DPSE的主要组分均倾向于以平行取向吸附于铜表面。
Durian peel and stone extract(DPSE)was prepared through ethanol extraction,in which 5-amino-1Himidazole-4-carboxamide,3,5-dihydroxybenzoic acid and 3-(benzyloxy)butane-1,2,4-triol were the main components.The corrosion inhibition effect of DPSE on copper in 0.5mol/L H2SO4solution was evaluated by potentiodynamic polarization,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and morphology observation.The results showed that DPSE could inhibit both cathodic and anodic reactions,reduce the corrosion current density and increase the interfacial charge transfer resistance of copper immersed in H2SO4solution.The maximum inhibition efficiency could reach 92.6%with the DPSE concentration of 600mg/L.DPSE effectively adsorbed on copper surface,which conformed to Langmuir isotherm.The outcomes of theoretical calculations revealed that three main components in DPSE favored to exhibit the parallel adsorption configuration on Cu(111)plane.
