摘要 为了研究磁微粒化学发光法检测人血清中N-端脑利钠肽前体(NT-proBNP),本文使用生物素化的NT-proBNP抗体、碱性磷酸酶标记(AP-标记)的NT-proBNP抗体与样本中的抗原反应,在激发液的作用下NT-proBNP发光,根据发光强度可以判断NT-proBNP的浓度。结果显示,自制试剂盒回收率为97.60%~105.68%,平均回收率为101.65%,与罗氏ProBNPⅡ试剂盒测定结果具有较高的相关性。使用自制NT-proBNP试剂盒,可以检测NT-proBNP水平,为心衰患者的临床诊断和治疗提供指导。 In order to detecte human serum NT-proBNP by chemiluminescent microparticle immunoassay,this paper uses biotinylated NT-proBNP antibody and AP-labeled NT-proBNP antibody to react with the antigens in the sample,and luminescence is produced by the excited fluid,and the NT-proBNP concentration could be judged according to the intensity of luminescence.The results show that the recovery rate of self-developed kit is 97.60%~105.68%,and the average recovery rate is 101.65%.Roche ProBNPⅡkit assay results have a high correlation.NT-proBNP levels can be detected using self-developed NT-proBNP kit,and it can provide guidance for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients with heart failure.
