摘要
随着教育制度的不断完善和改革,对高职院校的教学提出了新的要求,高职院校对此做出了一些改革的措施,其中最为有效的就是将教育心理学应用于高职院校的教学管理工作中。教育心理学融合了心理和教育两方面的精华,将教育心理学融合在高职院校的教学管理过程中,能正确地引导学生与教师共同打造高效课堂的作用。这样的管理模式受到了学校领导的高度重视。因此,该文主要针对教育心理学和在高职院校中有效运用的效果进行研究与分析,结合教育心理学来进行研究和解决,不断地完善教育理论方面的知识。
