摘要
班主任是班级管理中的核心人物,班主任职业素养、管理能力的高低对学生发展具有决定性的影响。随着教育事业的进一步发展,对小学班主任教育改革提出新的要求,而如何创新班主任管理工作一种是教育领域较为关注的话题。对此,该文以农村小学教育为研究对象,农村小学班主任管理工作问题,提出农村小学班主任管理工作策略。
The head teacher is the key person in the class management.The professional quality and management ability of the head teacher have a decisive influence on the development of students.With the further development of education,new requirements are put forward for the education reform of primary school head teachers.How to innovate the management of head teachers is a more concerned topic in the field of education.In this regard,this paper takes rural primary school education as the research object,the management of rural primary school headteachers,and puts forward the management strategy of rural primary school headteachers.
