超声波辅助优化柠檬皮总黄酮的提取工艺 被引量:1

摘要 以柠檬皮为原料,考察超声波辅助提取柠檬皮总黄酮的最佳条件。设计单因素试验和四因素三水平正交试验探索料液比、超声温度、乙醇浓度及超声时间四个因素对柠檬皮总黄酮提取率的影响。结果显示超声波辅助提取柠檬皮总黄酮的最佳工艺为:料液比1∶55(g/mL)、超声温度40℃、乙醇浓度55%、超声时间40 min,总黄酮提取率为14.02%,RSD=1.483%。说明该提取方法可行、结果可靠。 With lemon peel as the raw material,the optimum condition of ultrasonic assisted extraction of total flavonoids from lemon peel was studied.It had been researched that solid-liquid rate,the extraction temperature,ethanol concentration and ultrasonic time had effected on extraction rate of total flavonoids from lemon peel by means single factor and orthogonal experiment method.The results showed that ultrasonic-assisted extraction conditions of total flavonoids from lemon peel had the best effect,and the optimal extraction conditions were solid-liquid rate 1∶55(g/mL),the extraction temperature 40℃,ethanol concentration 55%,and ultrasonic time 40 min,the yield of total flavonoids was 14.02%.It suggested that the extraction process was reasonable,and the results are reliable.
