摘要
探讨下肢MTU组织刚度与跑节省化(RE)之间的关系,比较不同RE组定向越野女子运动员下肢MTU初始组织刚度的差异,寻找RE的生物力学评价指标。选取天津财经大学女子定向越野16名经过长期耐力训练的一级及以上等级运动员为实验对象,采用速度11km/h和9km/h稳态时的摄氧量分别计算出RE值,并将其分为高RE组和低RE组,测量下肢的肌-腱联合体(MTU)初始组织刚度,利用测得数据对下肢MTU组织刚度与RE进行相关分析。结果发现:组内不同RE组下肢MTU组织刚度差异,可能与RE的变化有关;AT刚度值最高,其次是TA;高RE组AT、TA、BF、VM的刚度值相对较高,而低RE组VL相对较高。组间比较发现:高RE组AT、TA、BF、VM的刚度值相对较高,而低RE组VL相对较高。提示我们提高低RE组女子定向越野运动员的VL组织刚度值,降低高RE组AT、TA、BF、VM的刚度值,可能会进一步提高运动成绩。另外,优秀定向越野运动员下肢MTU组织刚度表现出一定的训练适应性,但未发现与RE之间有显著相关关系。
Exploring the relationship between the stiffness of lower limb MTU tissue and running economy(RE),comparing the difference in the initial tissue stiffness of lower limb MTU of female athletes in different RE groups,and looking for the biomechanical evaluation index of RE.16 female athletes of Tianjin University of Finance and Economics were selected as experimental subjects after long-term endurance training.The RE values were calculated using steady-state oxygen uptake at speeds of 11 km/h and 9 km/h,respectively.In the RE group and the low RE group,the initial tissue stiffness of the lower extremity muscle-tendon joint(MTU)was measured,and the measured data was used to analyze the correlation between the lower extremity MTU tissue stiffness and RE.It was found that the difference in the stiffness of the lower limb MTU tissues in different RE groups within the group may be related to the change in RE;the AT stiffness value is the highest,followed by TA;the high RE group has relatively high stiffness values of AT,TA,BF,and VM,while the low RE Group VL is relatively high.A comparison between the groups found that the high RE group had relatively high stiffness values of AT,TA,BF,and VM,while the low RE group had relatively high VL.Prompting us to increase the VL tissue stiffness value of the female directional crosscountry athletes in the low RE group and reduce the high RE The stiffness values of groups AT,TA,BF,and VM,may further improve athletic performance.In addition,the MTU stiffness of the lower limbs of excellent orienteering athletes shows a certain training adaptability.However,no significant correlation was found with RE.
