摘要
目的分析腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术的手术室护理配合方法及其效果。方法回顾性分析2017年3月至2018年10月在我院进行腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术的102例患者的临床资料,所选患者均经整群随机抽样法分为观察组和对比组,每组51例。对比组患者接受常规护理干预,观察组患者接受综合性手术室护理干预。对比两组患者的手术相关指标(手术时间、术后肠道功能恢复时间、术后下床活动时间、住院时间)以及术后并发症(吻合口瘘、切口感染、便秘、其他)发生情况。结果观察组患者手术时间(193.20±19.10)min、术后肠道功能恢复时间(21.60±2.70)h、术后下床活动时间(62.30±4.60)h以及住院时间(8.70±1.10)d均明显短于对比组的(223.90±19.40)min、(34.80±3.10)h、(69.80±4.40)h、(14.20±1.20)d,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后并发症发生率为11.76%,低于对比组的21.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术患者采用综合性手术室护理干预措施,可促进其术后肠道功能的恢复,并可显著减少术后并发症。
Objective To analyze the nursing cooperation method in the operating room and its effect of laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer.Methods The clinical data of 102 patients who underwent laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer in our hospital from March 2017 to October 2018 was retrospective analyzied.The selected patients were divided into the observation group and the comparison group by cluster random sampling,51 cases in each group.Patients in the comparison group received routine nursing interventions,and patients in the observation group received comprehensive operating room nursing interventions.Surgery-related indicators(operating time,postoperative intestinal function recovery time,postoperative time to get out of bed,and hospital stay)and postoperative complications(anastomotic leakage,incision infection,constipation,other)were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,postoperative intestinal function recovery time,postoperative time to get out of bed,and hospital stay of the observation group were(193.20±19.10)min,(21.60±2.70)h,(62.30±4.60)h,(8.70±1.10)d,which were significantly shorter than(223.90±19.40)min,(34.80±3.10)h,(69.80±4.40)h,(14.20±1.20)d of the comparison group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 11.76%,which was lower than the 21.57%in the comparison group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer with comprehensive operating room nursing interventions can promote the recovery of postoperative bowel function and significantly reduce postoperative complications.
