用于车辆提升的升降码分机设计及有限元仿真

摘要 为了解决当前城市汽车车位数量严重不足的现实问题,对可将车辆安全提升到空间车库的升降码分机进行研究与设计;基于SolidWorks Simulation模块,对码分机上的升降平台受变载产生的弹性变形进行有限元仿真分析,根据其弹性变形量优化了控制系统,提出车辆出入库时升降平台边缘升降补偿量随时间的变化关系式。降低了因升降平台弹性变形而产生的系统误差,提高了车辆出入库的稳定性。研究结果具有一定的工程实际意义。 In order to solve the practical problem of the serious shortage of car parking spaces in cities,a lift code extension that can safely lift vehicles to the space garage was researched and designed.And the elastic deformation of its lifting platform under the variable load has been analyzed by the module of SolidWorks Simulation.Then,the control system was optimized for its elastic deformation.Finally,the variation relationship between the time of the lifting platform edge lift compensation amount and the change time of the vehicle when entering and leaving the warehouse was proposed,which greatly reduces the system error caused by the elastic deformation of the lifting platform,and ensures the stability of vehicles entering and leaving the warehouse.The research results have certain engineering practical significance.
