摘要 针对现有的老旧小区可用面积小而导致的停车难问题,设计出了一种悬浮式旋转停车库。该立体车库由机架、升降系统、旋转装置、横移机构组成,利用CATIA三维软件创建了停车库的参数化模型,完成了运动仿真与结构优化分析。结果表明:该停车库结构简单,共用一个横移机构可减少电机数目,降低了能源消耗与设计的复杂度,同时悬浮式结构对地面绿化影响小,能解决老旧小区停车的需求。 In order to solve the problem of parking problem caused by the small area available in the old residential areas,a kind of suspension type rotary parking garage is designed in this article.The three-dimensional garage is composed of a frame,a lifting system,a rotating device and a transversal mechanism.The parameterized model of the parking garage is created by using the CATIA three-dimensional software,and the motion simulation and structural optimization analysis are completed.The result shows that the structure of the parking garage is simple,and number of the motors can be reduced and the complexity of energy consumption and design can be reduced.At the same time,the suspension structure has little influence on the ground greening,and it can solve the parking demand of the old residential areas.
